History
Untangled Technology was founded in 2009 by Dustin Wright to bridge the gap between service providers and consultants. Dustin also specializes in open-source technology, which provides cost-saving benefits to our customers. Through comprehensive technology management, Untangled is able to help small and medium businesses simplify their IT experience.
In the past Dustin has worked as IT Manager for The Karcher Group, a web development, marketing, and hosting company. In this capacity his expertise spanned many disciplines, from wide-area networking to IT management. Atlas-Tuesday is a collection of solutions to common (and un-common) technical problems encountered while on the job.
In the past, Dustin has served as the mayor’s citizen appointee for the City of Canton planning board. He also earned his CCNA certification in 2008. He has been involved with IT support since the 90’s, originally starting at the age of 16 providing on-site dial-up networking support. His carrier has evolved to become a top IT professional in the Akron / Canton Region. He has worked with local names like Flynn Environmental, Fisher Foods, The Karcher Group, and The Stark County Library.
